What is VCI film?
VCI film is melted by a process bonded with the film. It is formed by adding VCI chemicals to the material. After that, the VCI vaporize to make the customer's products. Protects against corrosion and rust.

Propatec VCI Tablets are tablets of compressed VCI powder mixed with crystals to
reduce brittleness.
Active VCI products have very high concentrations equal to 85/90%.
One VCI tablet can cover up max 2 cubic meters area.
Propatec VCI tablets offer high protection.
Inhibiting VCI molecules work by saturating the interior of the package, resulting in
long-term and constant sublimation.

Propatec VCI pill bags were researched to protect the metal from corrosion inside the
package VCI integrator for bags. They quickly diffuse VCI molecules into the environment
to be protected and can maintain saturation over time even after short openings.

How to Use for B-pack VCI Film
1. Anti-rust period
Approximately 3 years (depending on packaging and environment)
2. Consumption period
It is about 2 years from manufacturing date. (depending on storage conditions)
3. Packing method (wrapping with VCI sheet film)
3.1 B-pack logo printing can be read is outside when wrap metal products into the VCI sheet film.
3.2 Do not put cushioning materials between the VCI film and metal products.
(Bubble wrap is outside the VCI film)
3.3 VCI gas distance between VCI film and metal product should be within about 500 mm.
3.4 Whenever possible, seal by wrapping tape.
4. Storage
4.1 Store in a place where there is no risk of water leakage and prevent it from falling.
Do not store the container in an open state.
4.2 Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, fire and oxidants. Suitable dry storage area
with low relative humidity.
